Very popular community place with fast service and good food.
Asked three times for a large coffee she only understood medium. Asked for an old fashioned donut and she kept trying to give me glazed. Got the coffee I wanted just not the size I wanted plus my old fashioned donut. Associate really needs to learn to listen.
An excellent location. Staff helpful and cheerful. Coffee and donuts good as expected.
Service was quick. I wish they had a little more variety of donuts, but I love all of their donuts. Restrooms were clean.
I have been to this Dunkin' Donuts only twice and honestly this place has the worst atmosphere and customer service. The first time I literally had my food thrown at me and on top of that it came with a bad attitude from the employee as well. The second time I went it was like the lady was so bothered by me coming in it was like I offended her coming in the door she said what do you need so I told her I needed a large iced coffee and four donuts she gave me two donuts and preceded to check me out and I said ma'am I need two more donuts please and it was just terrible after that. Honestly if the management sees my comment please put your employees through customer service training and tell them to at least act like they wanna work there. If I could rate zero stars for this place I could because honestly I have never been treated like the way I have been treated at this place. People if you can go somewhere else for coffee and donuts go somewhere else this place has terrible customer service.
